Bumotec High Speed Milling Centers

Designed for High Output

Stations Detail (Station 1 – 10)
Bumotec Spindle Illustration

Ten stations operate simultaneously to guarantee the fastest possible output rate for complex parts. The illustration above provides an example of how a part is processed on the S-1000. Starting with material feed out at Station 10, the part is then machined on Stations 1 through 7. Part cut-off occurs at Station 8 and is followed by a series of back working operations at Station 9.

Unlike high speed transfer machines that cut off the part as its first operation, the S-1000 cuts off the part at the end of the machining sequence. This is particularly valuable for medical and connector parts requiring burr free conditions.
